Charcoal and coloured pastel rooftop view looking down on the historic town of Totnes in Devon. The River Dart can be seen in the distance, with St Mary’s Church and the top of the East Gate Arch to the left. The rooftops in the foreground follow the curve of the Norman motte and bailey castle behind them where I stood to sketch out this composition.
