O² Ritz Manchester Art Print

Charcoal night street scene of The Ritz dancehall and live music venue on Whitworth Street West, Manchester. Built in 1927, The Ritz is a Grade 2 Listed building, renowned for it’s sprung dance floor. A popular place with American GIs in WW2 there was formerly a plaque above the entrance reading ‘Through theses doors walk the most beautiful women in the world’. This drawing is a celebration of the joy of dancing, and features myself with my best dancing mates outside the Ritz, ready for a night of dancing ahead of us.
