Midland Railway Viaduct New Mills

The Midland Railway Viaduct spans the valley, and Kinder Scout can be seen in the distance behind the rooves of the town. Standing sundials on the flank of the hill, and llamas in the distance. Early spring, hawthorn blossoms, nesting blackbirds and ladybirds taking their first flight after winter hibernation. A place of memory and contemplation, a reminder that life goes on.
