All Saints Park Manchester

All Saints Park Manchester art print from a charcoal street scene of Oxford Road, Manchester looking through the gates of All Saints Park, next to Manchester Metropolitan University. This piece is a modern day version of the 1911 painting ‘Old cab at All Saints,’ by the French impressionist Adophe Valette . I have recreated the scene from the same vantage point that Valette used, substituting the Burger Bar for the old cab. The market stall on the left of the picture has remained on the same pitch to this day. While the skyline has changed, some of the buildings in the distance remain the same.
