Coronavirus Update

I hope you are keeping well and safe in these difficult times. In solidarity with the rest of the country, and in support of the NHS I am staying at home. As an artist I am no stranger to self isolation, and am fortunate enough to be able to carry on working in my studio. I will update this page from time to time regarding important information during the coronavirus pandemic.

Online Shop Still Open

I am still able to sell cards and paper prints from my on line shop as my printer lives within walking distance from me and works from home. However, I am currently unable to order new canvas prints at this time due to the current situation. I still have a few canvas prints in stock to sell, which I will be writing about in my next newsletter. Please sign up for details if you haven't already.

Free Card and Gift Wrapping With All Paper Prints

I am providing a free gift wrap & message service so that you can send items directly to the recipient to speed delivery and reduce strain on the postal services. Please click the link above for more information.

Delivery Update

While I am still able to post out paper prints and cards, I am trying to reduce the pressure on delivery services at this time. I am able to deliver local orders myself as part of my daily exercise (New Mills by foot, Hayfield by bike) I also use Royal Mail Click and Drop service which rules out the need for any social interaction. For larger items, I use MyHermes courier delivery service who have a strict policy on social distancing and adhere to safety rules with collection and delivery. Please see information on the MyHermes website for precautions followed during the current situation. Please be aware that delivery times may be slightly longer than usual at this time.

Free UK Delivery

All items are currently being posted with free UK delivery

Local Collection

Please note that I have had to temporarily suspend my local collection service during the coronavirus pandemic, but I am able to deliver locally myself to New Mills and Hayfield, on foot or by bike, as part of my daily exercise.

Guidelines For Receiving Goods

I am following strict hygiene standards when packing my work off for delivery. Once you receive your parcel the safest thing to do is to quarantine it for 24 hours before opening. Place items in a room / cupboard where they will not come into contact with anything else you might need during that time. If the items include harder items such as plastic or metal increase this to 72 hours. Remember, however, that if the item is sealed the item inside may have already experienced up to 48 hours quarantine internally while it has been in the postal service. When opening the parcel throw away the packaging immediately. If you need to open it before the quarantine period consider opening it outside, throwing the package away then disinfecting the item before bringing it inside and washing your hands.

Stay Safe

Sending best wishes to you and your families, and hoping for brighter times soon. Take care and stay safe
